The Kerry McKennon campaign is taking to social media to promote the upcoming “Flame of the Future Fête Labor Day Event.” on Monday, September 3 at 5 PM – 9 PM.From the campaign event page:”This coming Labor Day, the Kerry McKennon campaign is throwing a soiree banquet dinner in Santa Fe Texas, at the beautiful Haak Winery and Vineyards. Come dressed to impress in your favorite cocktail attire and enjoy live music and wine throughout the night.The night will feature esteemed libertarian speakers such as: Mark Tippets; who is our candidate for Governor, Neal Dikeman; our candidate for Senate, Lauren LaCount; our candate for Texas Senate district 17, Don Conley; our candidate for Congress district 14, Richard Illyes; our candidate for Texas House district 24, Paul Bilyeu: our candidate for Texas House, Mike Wright: our candidate for Railroad Commissioner, Mark Ash: our candidate for Criminal Court of Appeals, and of course Kerry McKennon: our candidate for Lt. Governor.Tickets will start at $15 for the Torch Bearer’s Summit which will get you hors d’oeuvres and a ticket to listen to the speakers and Texas soul band, Kites, in the pavilion. The Vanguard Soiree price is $60, and this tier will allow you to have a one-on-one with the speakers while enjoying a world class buffet in the beautiful wine cellar and listening to tempered piano music.There will be a silent auction as well, with items donated by people across the field. Expect to have the opportunity to bid on one of a kind art created especially for Flame of the Future Regale as well as personally autographed memorabilia. Unique items from other candidates in LP Texas will be available for auction in support of their campaigns.This will be a wonderful night of fun and fantastic conversation.
