property in Collin County: “Whereas, we believe that under no circumstances should
government have the power to coerce the transfer of land from a private entity to
another against the will of the owner; Be it resolved that the Collin County Libertarian
Party strongly opposes the use of eminent domain to rob Michael and Lori Swim, or
